Főnix is housed in the cellars of the Officers' Pavilion in Komárno. Vaulted stone rooms, warm candlelight and velvet furnishings make a space where time slows down and every course deserves attention.
Our kitchen builds on Central European tradition with a contemporary hand. We work with seasonal produce from local growers, reduced sauces, house-baked bread and restrained plating. No unnecessary flourishes, and still memorable.
